They didn’t have the car I thought we were getting and had hard time with the counter personal . Also had hard time finding where to go when we got off the plane . There is no clear instructions about where to go and the information that was provided was not very good as to who to call for that information . It took several calls to different numbers before we found out where to go to get our rental

It is BS how the price that I paid included absolutely no insurance, and when I got to the front desk they would not let me pick up the car unless I paid an extra $8,000 MXN for basic insurance — that’s almost 3 times the original price I paid! This lack of transparency makes it all look like a scam because I ended up having no option but to pay for the insurance, they wouldn’t take my credit card’s insurance either! This is horrible and will not be doing business with any of you unless this is addressed.

It was easy fast and convenient. They’re located right next to the airport. Check out if the vehicle took about 5 minutes.

Don’t be fooled by the low price. They will find some way to get extra money from you. Even though I have insurance with my own car, they charge me $29 a day no way around it.

Avoid! Mosquitoes in waiting lounge. Spent 1.5 hrs going back and forth with them and getting bit. Did the typical scam where they try to convince you that you need to buy insurance even though it was already in the rental contract. Tried to charge $400 for insurance and a $2500 deductible. Just went to Sixt and got the same car for $10/day and a $300 deductible with no extra insurance.

Car was dirty. Forced to pay extra $32 for insurance. No shuttle. Nobody there at drop off. Nothing good at all

They tell you 3rd party insurance is mandatory and the credit card companies don’t cover it… later to find out it’s not mandatory and scammed me

Pickup was hell. Waited almost two hours in line with only person there who’s responsible for everything. Never again with these small rental company. I rather pay a bit more for Hertz or Avis.
