Pros:The price cannot be beat. The customer service was excellent. The car was fairly new and fully loaded.
Cons:They weren't open yet when I returned my car and I could not get in touch with anyone. This caused some added stress for the rental. In the end, I made my flight with no issues though. I still have not received my $250 security deposit back. It's been 6 days. If getting that money back becomes a headache, I will definitely be changing my review.
Pros:Reservation was canceled. Car given away for myself as well as for other guests in the van service. shuttle took hour and 10 min and I was late for my interview dinner. Amazing car despite all this, return was easy.
Pros:The people, the vehicle, location was ok...and response.
Cons:nothing except the extra inconvenience of being "offsight", but that was certainly worth it anyway

Pros:That we were eventually able to rent from another rental company without wasting an entire (only part of) a day from our vacation.
Cons:Their price is attractive, however it does NOT include mandatory insurance coverage which other rental companies do include in their base prices, so you really are comparing apples to oranges. Their insurance options are unique--a higher level does not include the lesser coverage. For example the basic, required insurance would be added to the price of the next higher level. This strikes me as paying for a sandwich in addition to the price of a combo meal at McDonalds. In addition, despite our reservation months in advance for a mid-size vehicle with automatic transmission, we were offered a sub-compact and told it was a "comparable vehicle." As an explanation for the absence of the vehicle we reserved, we were told that since it was summer, there was a high demand for vehicles. This should not come as a surprise as they were aware of the date when we made the reservation months in advance and I'd assume a calendar would have been readily available. Perhaps most disturbing, we were offered a vehicle without the requisite tags to display prominently on the windshield. We were told it would be no problem since they had already submitted the proper forms, but had just not received the tags yet. That defense would have done us little help at all if we had been ticketed or towed while the vehicle was parked. In short, in my opinion, the only reason one should rent from this company is if you are in danger of an imminent zombie apocalypse and your only other option is to travel on foot.
Pros:Good care at an exceptional price.
Cons:Car had no windscreen washer fluid. Pick up process and check in were very time consuming but drop off went very quickly. I programmed GPS to home for car drop off but it left me about 2 km away. Caused a bit of stress but when I finally returned the car, I was taken immediately to the air terminal

Cons:The guy at the counter was rude and pushy. He continuesly tried to sell me extra stuff when I asked him not to several times. Finding the place is a nightmare.

Cons:This was the worst rental car experience I've ever had. And I am not alone. I could not find a single positive review of this company online. Kayak bears responsibility for carrying offers from this company, whether or not it adheres to your terms of service. I have stopped using Kayak because of this
