Pros:Literally, there was nothing to like. A true terrible experience and a scam. Routes rental car needs to be out of business. This organization is a very poor and bad representation of Kayak and Puerto Rico.
Cons:Couldn’t find the pickup location and couldn’t reach the office by phone.
Pros:Once I made it to the rental office, the pick up was super fast. And the drop was easy and quick and we were taken to the airport without delay. Thank you!
Cons:It would be easier to explain to customers your agents are NOT in the airport car rental building so we do not waste time looking, but we can call immediately upon arrival for your van to pickup the customer. Other than that, everything went well.
Cons:Pick up process was terrible. They were horribly understaffed. Getting my car took hours despite almost no one ahead of me

Cons:It was unclear that this company did not rent to locals. So I had to scramble to find a new rental at a different company for 3x the price
Cons:You could have answered the phone, brought me to rental center, and given me a car. I was never even able to connect with a person or receive a car. I had to uber.

Cons:No transparency with pricing. The quote you find on kayak is no where near what you actually pay. Could be more specific that this is not a rental company at the actual airport. Very rude employees.
Pros:staff was friendly but their process was terrible and slow
Cons:Place is the most ghetto rental place I have seen. Looks like all the cars are bought from other rental companies that sell damaged vehicles.
Pros:Worst experience ever.
Cons:A dump in the middle of nowhere. Staff didn’t even say hello. They waited until it was awkward. Then they were slow. Then they came up with every reason to add money. 3rd part insurance at 28$ a day. Tolls at 15$ a day or $25 a time used. Told me my credit card coverage was not enlugh. I walked out and called a friend for a ride home. 118 countries I’ve visited. Usually rent 20+ times a year. Not here.
