This location only rents to round trip ticket holders from O'Hare. This is not disclosed clearly anywhere. We were left without a car and had to rent something that was six times more expensive

We could not get the car due to them not renting to locals. Should have been a check list item before checkout. Not buried in terms and conditions. Very disappointed

Worst experience in renting a car ever. I rented a full size SUV and they gave me a Hybdai I10, I had to give me money for a small SUV. They sent me a message st midnight saying I had to pay more for a drop off at 7am. They charged me for a bump on the car that was already there, more than 350$. That’s just illegal. They met me one hour late at the drop off making me late for my flight. They have no office, it’s just a sketchy merting in the middle of a parking spot. I will likely never book with Kayak again.

Pickup at transit center was delayed due to flat tire on shuttle and I missed my meeting. Staff was rude on pickup and return. But value was there tho I preferred Sedan and not jeep

They were very rude and claimed my insurance didn't cover rentals (which it does). I didn't rent from, therefore lost my money.

It says (optional) when renting a car without airline tickets but it's not optional. I was denied and the workers have garbage attitude very rude the place was dirty and just poor attitudes all around all thee of them should be fired

My experience was with KAYAK itself. I was given a false advertisement "full size suv" with picture of a GMC, when arrive at the location I was told I had to get a jeep since it's a 5 passenger car, so I had to pay additional $500. I have the picture and documentation to prove it, if anyone is interested.

This place is unbelievably BAD! No customer service counter, just a phone booth you enter where they tell you the price you paid is not the real price! Add a $350 service fee to be paid on site and you can have the vehicle you thought you paid for. Also keep in mind your original paid amount is non-refundable if it was like mine. I hope this gets read before you rent from this shyster company like I did. I walked out without a rental car from this company.

When booking the rental, we were told by the Kayak website that the rental would be $30 and up to $40. However, once going to get the car, the rental was $172 with several undisclosed fees and being forced to take the vehicle insurance even though they are not allowed to do that since many insurances and credit cards cover rentals. I will not use them again and will be contacting my credit card company to deny the charge based in the false pretenses that occurred during the booking.
