They advertised as “at terminal/on site”, but they are actually off-site and send a shuttle…supposedly. My flight changed. I updated them with the new flight number at 1:30pm. I saw that they read the message. At 10:30pm I got into Tampa. After figuring out that they aren’t on site, I tried texting and calling. No reply. I looked up their website. They close at 9:00pm! I call that number. I get a voice mail in Spanish that I don’t understand. After an hour of calling/texting these phone numbers, I cancelled my reservation. To this day, I never received an apology or even a phone call from them. I ended up having to pay 5x more for another car as a walk up at the airport. I despise Priceless, and would never recommend. They cost me money, effort, and time! Do not use them!

I am writing to formally request a full refund for a car rental reservation that was never honored. When we arrived at the rental location, we were informed that we could not rent the vehicle due to pricing discrepancies between the website and the in-person rates. The rental company advised us that because the reservation was made through a third party, we would need to contact them directly for a refund. As a result, we never received or used the vehicle. I contacted Expedia, who stated they needed authorization from Kayak to process the refund. After multiple attempts, Expedia was able to reach Kayak, but the refund request was denied. This is extremely frustrating, as no service was provided and the rental was refused at no fault of our own. Since the vehicle was never released to us and we did not use the rental in any capacity, I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged. I have supporting documentation and confirmation details available upon request. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know the next steps to complete this refund. Thank you for your time and attention.

Worst experience ever! the following issues occurred in order. They require to see proof that my personal car insurance was covered in Puerto Rico and needed to send declaration letter Time taken 45 minutes, was then charged another $100 for tax and use of tolls, car was not ready and was told to wait 30 minutes to clean it. Asked for a car that was already cleans and drove away with a car that lost its brakes on interstates and I almost died. Crawled back to store to get an upgrade and was told that none was available and was given an econo car. Given wrong paperwork on change of car and was told that I needed a different car. At this point I had received four different vehicles and this took over three and a half hours making me totally late for my reservation. What a terrible start to of vacation I will never be running from priceless ever again! To make things even worse I spoke to other customers who had a and in one case worst experience than I had.

Priceless us a big SCAM. Advertises low rates to trap you in and then wants to change triple the price in all the mandatory add-on fees that are not disclosed anywhere. My price online vs what it was going to be at the counter was legit triple.. This Company should be removed from Kayak and other customer service sites due to go scummy it is.

My license had just expired (my fault) I'm frustrated that I ended up needing to pay an extra cancellation fee on top of paying the full price of the rental. Really feels like it should be one or the other, and the vague policy of "changing dates and times may result in an extra charge" feels like it would be more reasonable. Also not a fan of the AI chatbot when I went to check their website.

When we reached priceless office to get the rental car . They were not available there . Even reception lady called them up so many times and they didn’t answer the phone calls or reply or back . So we end up not getting any car and we used to public transportation in our whole trip . I want my refund

did not have the mini van I reserved both counter agents did not care and left me with no other options. had to get an uber back to my hotel horrible experience.
