10.0 Wonderful
A couple of young entrepreneurs who own this business. Customer service was fantastic, and they were so very helpful. We had to extend our reservation and again it was such an easy process. They are off site however only 5 minutes away and they give you door to door service both ways.

The car was fine BUT: • The hour wait to get picked up at a 2nd drop was NOT okay! Another bus driver (from a different company) said he was taking his lunch hour!!!! Really no 2nd driver??? • Check in was jumping through hoops after filling out everything online already! What??? counter persons behind a HUGE glass wall could care less about anything! • car was cleaned worth a darn - wait till you see there set up for cleaning! Ha! and the women on their phones at that tin station!!! Care? No! • Before getting out of the parking lot, (thankfully) there was a low key battery which didn't get replaced, though another fob was offered, that also went low key battery the following evening! • oppppp they don't reimburse you for expenses you have to pay for something that they should be supplying… And I'm only thankful that I was able to find a place five minutes before closing to get a battery for it! And the guys at Riley auto supply were able to look up a YouTube to figure out how to get into the key fob and get me back on the road... of course this is after an 45 min hunt to find a battery! making me an hour late for dinner with friends! • and did I say the car was given to me one point below 1/2 full of gas! I of course discovered that after I was on the road from the whole key fob debacle… That took another 20 to 25 minutes to muddle through - I called them, took a picture of it, and they made a note of it - I brought it back at the same point! • their two system shuttle sucks… And when you realize how close the second shuttle pick up is to the counter… We all could've walked!!! • on a good note, the car was just fine - the process sucked! Will I rent from them again? NO!

First they advertised as being in the Airport, not true had to wait for a shuttle. Second, they gave me a car with roaches so I had to come back to show the pictures I took so they can exchange the car.

The rental place would not accept my insurance and was trying to upsell. In addition, it was falsely advertised to be located inside the terminal. I ended up leaving without the car rental. Will never rent from Priceless again. They should rename themselves to price gougeta!

Friendly staff, smooth transition from airport to shuttle to rental location. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. No hassles with upsells or unnecessary add-ons. Staff was helpful at every turn.

An unforeseen increase in expenses, doubling the initial quoted price, was levied by the agency within 24 hours of vehicle collection, despite the reservation being confirmed two months in advance. The on-site representative provided limited assistance in resolving this matter..

I was disappointed with my experience overall. The first issue was the pricing, what was advertised ended up being significantly lower than the final total, which was frustrating right from the start. When we arrived at our destination, things only got worse. We waited over 35 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up, with no communication from the company. We tried calling multiple times, but no one answered, leaving us unsure if a shuttle was even on its way. That lack of responsiveness made the situation especially stressful. Once we finally received the car, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working well. Given the Florida heat, this made for a very uncomfortable ride. Between the misleading pricing and the poor service, we will not be using this company again.
