A great airline, no complaints at all. My experience with Cheap Tickets was very disappointing however. Two hours after purchasing the flight they called to tell me that the ticket price had gone up. I’ve never heard of such a thing. That is called false advertising; I will never use this ticketing service again and will warn all friends to never use it.

Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!
My flight has been changed twice so far. Disappointed with Turkish!
Good service, the airline also provided a traveling kit bag (tooth brush, socks, slippers, visor for sleeping).
Terrible boarding process, no proper line maintained even for business class, crews are not very attentive, business class food quality / variety / quantity have gone down, everything has become cheap.
Check in was not available online. It was super long line to check in
I did not have a good experience from the first point of contact to the check in person to boarding and the comfort of the seats. I would not travel on Turkish again. I will let my family and friends know about my experience which was not a pleasant one.
Professional staff we left on time. Meals were good. Added nice amenities.
Good food and wine. Some of the Guy who are in charge to board Passengers on the plane couldn’t use the word “Please” to direct them drop their hand luggage to be loaded on Plane bcos he said the inside storage may not have enough room for all.
We were disappointed not to be able to buy out preferred seat from date of my original booking, which was about 40 days before the trip. When we arrived in Hannover on the Oct 10 I tried every day and the weed site said I have to wait until ck in, did that and still was not able to. Get to the airport and out seats were separate from each other. The crew was able to get seats together, was not the most comfortable. Don’t understand why this happened.
Flight was late, with scheduled 50 min layover at Frankfurt. Arrived at gate A54, had to get to B5. We now had 35 min layover with delay, at top speed it took 30 min to get to B5 hot and bothered. Not good. Boarding in Lyon was normal chaos, shoving, and total disrespect for anyone beyond group 2. Boarding for Milan flight was more civilized as we all had to take a bus to plane.
It subpar at best. Connection flights didn’t have enough time in between. Causing us to miss a flight and getting stuck at the airport for hours. There is also not much consideration for international transit and customs when it comes to timing.
Boarding was one hour late. Gate notification was incorrect (notification said gate 17, actual was gate 14). Took shuttle bus to board the plane. Late arrival of plane at Turin impacted travel arrangements to the event.

The airplane was as hot as a sauna upon boarding. I was dripping with sweat. Something needs to be done about that.
After a bad experience of traveling with United airlines long time ago I decided to give them a second chance. And again it was bad. The flight from Jacksonville to Washington was almost 4 hours delayed. Due to that my flights to Munich and Warsaw had to be rescheduled. As a result I had to travel through Frankfurt. And my checked in luggage did not arrive from Frankfurt to Warsaw with me. Warsaw was not my final destination and I had to figure out a way to deliver my luggage to my destination. On top of everything my Delsey luggage got 2 cracks. Is anybody going to be responsible for that???

Okay, the flight was over an hour late leaving LAX! I barely made my connecting flight! Very stressful experience! Lufthansa 747 biz class needs a serious upgrade to its seating! The food was good, but the staff was mostly very cold but did a good job!
The Lufthansa flight was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight. Lufthansa customer service have not been helpful in rebooking the subsequent flight with Air India (another airline that is part of the Star Alliance). Lufthansa told me it's not their responsibility, and Air India says the PNR is part of Lufthansa, so they are not responsible for rebooking. Lufthansa customer service asked me to contact the counter at Delhi airport, but no one was available there. I am caught between these two airlines, and ultimately, Air India decided to reschedule my flight after 18 hours. I am stranded at Delhi airport. I can't go out because if I do, I can't come back in, and I can't get past security to get food. My 3-year-old and our family stranded here for 12 hours without food and water.
