The crew is not focused on the guests but on their task!! No extra service. No business class amenities provided. A crew is not friendly if you ask for something extra, like tea. It takes 30 minutes, and you have to go them 3 reminders. Lack of friendliness, less but more of let me finish and go back to their group and Talk. Like a passenger is in on there way. The seats were extremely small. Boarding was not communicated correctly. It wasn’t a pleasant trip.

They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.

Service was slow and checked bag was off last evening when flying business

I am elderly and needed wheelchair assist. The ground crew assisting me with that part of my journey was rude, disrespectful and very hungry for money; the begging was distasteful and disrespect for females and the elderly was atrocious. Maybe they need to get a raise...I was out of small bills by time I reached home. As an american I am not use to the impoliteness. The ground crew make your wonderful airline appears poor in performance...a lot to be desired.

Seats too much and for the price we paid eve thought economy we still had to pay $169 to check a ba that’s ridiculous and also my daughter needed water so she can take her medicine we push the boton for the attendant to get us water they never came we push it 3 times no one came and ask what we needed . Am not happy with the service at all I will not fly with TK anymore

My experience with Turkish Airlines was good. I didn’t get the meal I ordered. So I didn’t have anything to eat which was disappointing.

I paid $150 to upgrade to this seat. My exit row seat had ample leg room BUT the collapsable table was broken so my food tray and drinks slid over to my lap, the screen malfunctioned.

Bad confort, bad seat take advantage of the political conflict to double the price
