Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.
Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
The staff was excellent. The food was good, but the seating and comfort was horrible overcrowded.
I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.
So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off
Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.
Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.
I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME
No fault of the crew, but the the rear lavatories were closed the entire flight. The front lavatories were blocked off for the first part of the flight by the food cart. Then some minor turbulence occurred so the fasten seatbelt sign came on for the second part of the flight. Heroic containment engaged! It was not fun.
Boarding at Istanbul airport is pretty good. The seats on the A319 are easily the smallest and tightest I’ve ever flown. I’m 1,82m and knees firmly against seat in front of me, as upright in seat as I could get. Very uncomfortable
Definitely not a fan of Turkish Airlines, their seats are very uncomfortable. Felt very cramped up. Food was very poor in quality too, very little to drink during service.
Very happy with the service, comfort, and food on Turkish Airlines. Security and check in was great.
6 hour delay for connecting flight in Istanbul, no real information or support, spend night in lounge which was extremely noisy due to construction works.
Turkish Airline is great! The fact that they provided a hot sandwich for an hour flight is truly amazing. I can't say enough good words but Thank You!
Delays and no explanations nor apologies. Last 4 times I flew Turkish the flight was significantly delayed. I will avoid this company in the future
The only thing that I think could be better is the baggage storage, it wasn't exactly ordered, but all in great conditions
Crew was not proactive and were busy laughing and talking instead of attending the passenger’s needs. Meals were served in a hurried manner.
Flight was overbooked. Luckily there was room in Business so several people got free upgrade.
Pretty good. I’m currently in Accra but my luggage is still in turkey so that’s inconvenient
The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.
The plane was clean and the staff professional and courteous, as usual. The seat back was very hard and uncomfortable.
The flight was cold, no enough blanket and the crew said that they can’t change it. I got very sick in the flight . Most of the kids were coughing.
Lufthansa give one a safe and seamless experience from check-in to baggage pickup
Flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Dublin. This is not the same Lufthansa I remember, you guys don't care anymore. Hopefully my trips with Swiss Air will much better.
They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.
I will not fly them again. Late flight ( no communication as to why)… no one even remotely working to help those with connections that are very narrow off the plane in a hurry … NO ONE understood how to move … and 1/2 the plane was running to connections. I missed mine. Total pain in the arse. A 12 hour trip in total took like 20 hours…. Horrible. 1st Lufthansa flight - and will try not to book them again

2 hours late. Charged me for luggage despite my being star alliance gold. Inflight entertainment didn’t work after I paid for it. Boarding took forever. Shoddy work you guys.
Check in was great. Boarding seemed less organized. Flight was good.
Flight was delayed. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush. The airport experience (shops, amenities, ample restaurants, coffee shops, seats with charging) was very good) was very good as was the boarding which was orderly and organised. The flight was short so whilst there was no entertainment I thought that was ok especially in the age of smart phones and kindles. It would have been nice to have usbc charging supported at my seat but again it was a short flight so no drama. Overall a positive experience flying from London to Edinburgh with BA.
I’m appreciative that the crews were polite. I didn’t eat the food due to my nutrition plan.
First flight was 2 1/2 hours late. Had to wait in line on the tarmac for 45 minutes to finally board. Missed connection. Had to wait in line another 2 1/2 hours to get booked on another connection the next day. Another hour wait to get a hotel room for the night. 1 1/4 hour wait in 55 degree temperature for hour bus ride to hotel. Hotel ran out of food. Miserable performance by BA. This is being written while waiting for bus back to Heathrow.
We didn’t flight with British Airways because the flight was cancelled at the last minute .
When flying from Dallas Texas to London, the entertainment section went down. The attendants said they would restart it. After 30 minutes, it still wasn't fixed. I called it to their attention and was told that they would try to restart it. Nothing was corrected. They said there was nothing they could do. This didn't happen to the entire plane; just our section which was in the middle of the plane - about 4-5 people. An attendant came by and asked each person to write down their names and email addresses and that a credit would be issued. This was on September 3 2024. It is now September 19, 2024 and I have yet to see any credit issued.
Very helpful. Just sorry that my flight required connecting with British Airways.
it didn’t happen!!! they canceled it like 15 hours before the flight and made me find my OWN replacement flight and talk to them for FOUR hours!!!
Wheel chair assistance was requested but found very poor status at London.
Pilot kept us informed of status of slight delay. Much appreciated.
All of my bags were not delivered to my destination!
